You are probably an honest person and don’t need this warning, but we give the fraud speech to every new applicant several times just to make sure everyone understands the ground rules before they go to work.
If a high percentage of your calls are filled with dead air when our call center agents answer the phone, we will not be happy! Every call costs us money. Even if the call is sent to an IVR and then goes no further, we must still pay for independent call measurement and CJ fees. So we ask that you pay special attention to call quality.
